About Me

A brief professional intro about my journey and approach to design.

Design Philosophy: People First, Tools Second

For me, design isn't about creating beautiful screens; it's about designing the right product for the right people. My process always starts with active listening to the market and end-users. I am convinced that no matter how tools evolve, ideas and vision remain the drivers of innovation. Regarding AI, I embrace it as an exceptional accelerator while maintaining a critical eye: my role is to challenge its outputs to ensure they truly serve human needs and product strategy.

Leadership Style: Direction & Empowerment

As a Team Lead, my mission is to set a clear direction while offering total trust to my designers. I firmly believe a leader must remain open to others' ideas. I place particular value on the vision of more junior profiles, their fresh perspective often brings the bold, necessary insights that I strive to amplify within the team.

Adaptability through Experience

My journey has been shaped by diverse environments. I have lived and worked in France, Luxembourg, and Belgium, and spent a full year travelling across Australia in 2016. These experiences taught me to quickly adapt to new cultures and professional landscapes, a skill I use daily when leading international teams.

The Swiss Anchor

I eventually chose to settle in Switzerland for its unique quality of life. Whether it’s hiking in the mountains or walking along the lake with my miniature dachshund, the Swiss outdoors is where I go to recharge.

Music & Energy

The Final Confession

While I stay for the landscapes and the career opportunities... let’s be honest, the cheese played a significant role in my decision to stay.
